Dr. Aseela Srosh, D.C.
Chiropractic Doctor
Dr. Aseela earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario, and later received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
She takes a patient-centered, evidence-based approach that blends mindful movement, gentle hands-on therapy, and education. With experience in functional movement assessments, therapeutic exercise, soft tissue therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrotherapy, cupping, IASTM, and laser therapy, Dr. Aseela supports patients in restoring balance, mobility, and strength.
With a background in multidisciplinary care, she brings a collaborative and holistic perspective to her practice. She has a particular clinical interest in relieving temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and related headaches, using precise, calming therapies that help reduce tension, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being.
As someone who practices yoga, and weight training herself, Dr. Aseela understands how mindful movement connects to both recovery and performance. She values helping people move with greater ease, prevent injury, and complement their practice, whether it is on the mat, in the studio, or in daily life.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys walking, hiking, and creative outlets like cooking, baking, and pottery. She believes in living with balance through movement, and meaningful connection.
Whether you are looking to recover from an injury, release tension from daily stress, or enhance your practice, Dr. Aseela is here to guide you toward alignment, resilience, and vitality.
