Emily is a yoga teacher with a 200-hour YTT certification and a deep passion for health and wellness. As both a teacher and a lifelong student, she is dedicated to learning, growing, and sharing the practice of yoga with others.

In her classes, Emily focuses on the connection between breath and movement, guiding you through postures and mindful transitions to prepare the body and mind for stillness and meditation. Her approach is rooted in kindness, with the intention of helping others feel grounded, balanced, and supported on their own journey of well-being.
