Erika is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at York University, where she has developed a passion for health, wellness, and the body’s ability to heal through a holistic approach. She is an aspiring naturopath with a strong interest in holistic healthcare and hopes to support individuals on their journey to overall well-being. Erika enjoys practicing pilates, spending quality time with friends and family, and exploring new travel destinations.
