Karly Bon
Yoga Instructor
Karly Bon is a world-class movement artist and Yoga Alliance certified educator whose career is defined by the intersection of elite athleticism and mindful artistry. With over 10 years of experience as a professional athlete and dancer, Karly has spent her life mastering the capabilities of the human form on the world’s most prestigious stages. Her extensive performance credits span the globe, including work for Cirque Du Soleil, Art On Ice, Disney, Netflix, Universal, CBC, and more, where she has performed in major international arenas and on-screen productions.
While her professional life often demanded high-intensity performance and a "life on the move," Karly discovered a vital equilibrium through the Ashtanga tradition. For Karly, this disciplined lineage is more than a practice; it is the essential anchor within a nomadic career. Whether preparing for the physical rigors of a world tour or seeking a sanctuary after a performance, the ritual of the mat provides the mental and physical "centre" necessary to thrive in high-pressure environments.
Karly’s teaching is a global synthesis of her experiences. Her methodology is informed by deep immersions in Rocket Yoga throughout Europe, Dharma Yoga studies in London, England, and intensive training in Greece.
Today, Karly specializes in teaching students how to translate the mechanics of stability into the art of inversions. By blending the technical precision of a professional acrobat with the grounding philosophy of yoga, she empowers practitioners to get out of their minds and into their bodies. Karly remains dedicated to sharing the tools of discipline and grace that have allowed her to find home and health in every corner of the world.
