Kelly began her yoga journey in 2021, drawn to the beauty and challenge of the practice. Through dedication, she discovered a deeper connection with her inner self, building confidence and deepening her connection with herself.

For her, yoga is more than physical movement; it is dynamic meditation. On the mat, she embraces challenges with calm and focus, which naturally extends into daily life.

Her classes are creative and thoughtfully sequenced, gradually strengthening the body, opening the heart, and preparing students for challenging postures and smooth transitions. Each flow is playful and mindful, reminding students that the reward is found in the process.
