From the age of three, movement has been a central part of my life. Growing up as a dancer, I developed a deep appreciation for the strength, control, and discipline that come with understanding the body. Over the years, this passion naturally evolved into a love for fitness, leading me to pursue certifications in mat, barre, and reformer Pilates.

For me, Pilates is more than just a workout — it’s an opportunity to empower clients to connect with their bodies, challenge themselves, and reach their fullest potential. My goal in every class is to create a welcoming and motivating environment where clients feel supported, inspired, and accomplished. Whether we’re focusing on strength, alignment, or mindful movement, I strive to help each individual push beyond their limits while maintaining proper form and safety.
