Roxana

Sub Yoga Instructor

Roxana is a Certified Somatic Educator, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, and holistic wellness practitioner with over 15 years of experience in movement, mindfulness, and healing practices. She began her journey in martial arts and meditation as a child, later studying Anatomy and Physiology at the University of Toronto, and has since trained extensively in Yoga Therapy, Yin, Restorative, and Meditation.

Her approach is deeply holistic, weaving together yoga, Ayurveda, nutrition, herbal medicine, and somatic practices to support nervous system balance, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. She has taught teacher trainings, worked with people experiencing physical and emotional limitations, and continues to explore the intersections of body, mind, and spirit.

Roxana is currently undergoing training at the CREATE Institute to become a licensed psychotherapist. In addition to her work in wellness, she is also a documentary filmmaker whose creative lens brings a unique depth and perspective to her teaching. Her classes are gentle, grounding, and inclusive, inviting students of all levels to reconnect with their bodies, find clarity, and cultivate a sense of empowerment both on and off the mat.
