Certified in Mat Pilates (Body Harmonics) and Reformer Pilates (Merrithew/Stott), Yolanda is passionate about Pilates as a practice of mindfulness and precision. She loves how it deepens the mind–body connection, helping people move with greater awareness, strength, and ease in everyday life.
Her teaching style is thoughtful and encouraging, focusing on alignment, control, and building confidence and empowering the clients from the inside out. For Yolanda, Pilates is more than movement — it’s a way to feel grounded, empowered, and in tune with yourself.
When she’s not in the studio, Yolanda loves exploring cozy cafés, dancing in heels, traveling to discover new cultures, and cuddling her golden blue British Shorthair cat, Velvet.
